Because of the diffrences in technology today, some browsers cannot
handle certain scripts and programs, also, using scripts tends to slow down
the loading time of a certain page, this is why I am offering two sites, one
is the Javascript Enhanced page which includes Javascript and DHTML, these cause the
page to load more slowly then the other option: Non-Javascript Enhanced, this page includes
DHTML, but no Javascript, so it loads somewhat faster.
